Tonya grew up in the Meyerland and Sugar Land areas, resided in Katy for 12 years & now resides in the Richmond / Rosenberg area.  As a young adult, corporate sales  is where she gained sales & marketing expertise, working her way into management until the day came when she chose to set that aside & raise a family.  Upon returning to the workforce, she took advantage of an opportunity to open her own franchise which she successfully owned & operated for over 5 years.  At that time, she chose to pursue her lifelong dream of real estate.  Tonya immediately excelled and in her very first year, won several achievement awards including a Rookie of the Year award and worked her way into the top 20% of her market center of nearly 400 agents!  She will, however, be the first to tell you that she does not measure success through those awards, rather through the great satisfaction and referrals of her clients.
